NEW PLYMOUTH, January' 12. The weather is fin© for the military tournament, and excursion trains are bringing m large crowds of visitors.. The Premier and party arrived from the Coast this morn--i hey will be entertained at luncheon, m the Exhibition Buildings, and later will attend the tournament, where Mr Seddon will speak.
