“BLACK LISTS” VERSUS UNIONS. Press Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, April 9. A number of prominent merchants in Vancouver have been committed for trial at the Supreme Court on charges of conspiring to interfere with Canadian trade and commerce by uniting to fight trades umona with their own weapons and by issuing black lists of strikers, with a view to preventing them from obtaining employment.
