WELLINGTON. October 27. When the Public Works Estimates come down it will be found there is not a vote under the roads and bridges for aav borough hi the whole colon-. This cutting clown of expenditure will affect Roslvu, Maori Hill. North-east Valley, and Ravensbourne, all of which had applied for grants.
