TO THE EDITOR. Sir.—How long are those dogs that infest the St. Clair Beach throughout the day to be tolerated? Apart from their being a nuisance to everyone living in the neighborhood, they are a source of danger to children, and some day before those in charge of the latter have time to interfere there will be a fight.
