The mearmess of Wellington citizens with regard to the departure of the Countess of Ranfnrly appears to have had a rcaeiionary effect on our legislators, who are now considering the question of tendering a parliamentary farewell to Lord and lady Banfurly. In accordance with a general wish, ifc has been decided by Ministers that the Premier should call a meeting of members of both Houses to discuss matters and settle preliminaries. Later.
