WELLINGTON, October 26. The mearmess of Wellington citizens with regard to the departure of the Countess of Ranfnrly appears to have had a rcaeiionary effect on our legislators, who are now considering the question of tendering a parliamentary farewell to Lord and lady Banfurly. In accordance with a general wish, ifc has been decided by Ministers that the Premier should call a meeting of members of both Houses to discuss matters and settle preliminaries. Later. The parliamentary farewell to Lord and Lady Ranfurly will take place in the Legislative Council Chamber on Saturday next. The Upper House will probably have a holiday on Friday, so thy.t the Chamber may be dismantled and got ready for the reception. Ministers wfl practically run the show.
