After two days’ fighting the rebel leader and twelve others were killed; the rest escaped. A BRIGHTER OUTLOOK. SOFIA, May 25. (Received May 26, at 9.8 am.) Since the .appointment of the Period Cabinet Bulgaria’s relations with Turkey have improved. A Bulgarian Note to the Powers asks them to enaction a separate Bulgarian agreement with Turkey for the pacification of Macedonia. RUSSIA ANNOYED. ST. PETERSBURG, May 25. The Russian newspapers denounce PetrofFs Government. [The Daneff Government, recently displaced by the Petroff Ministry, were proRnssian, and suspected of being more or less under Russian influence.]
