EVERYDAY FACTS
DUNEDIN PRODUCES ITS SHARETHIS COMES PROM DUNED™ What makes anything a fact? Isn’t it an incident or statement that can be proven true or correct in every particular? What constitutes conclusive evidence to the mind of the Dunedin citizen? Is it the statement of someone residing in Bendigo or Melbourne? We think not; but when some of our own people, right here at home in Dunedin, make a statement, and it is endorsed by many, they all agree under these circumstances—we call them facts, and they are everyday facts, because they are occurring every day. Don’t take our word for what is said. If you are not satisfied, ask them. People don’t make such assertions without good reasons. Mr J. G. Scott, carpenter, Cameron street, Kensington, this City, says;—“l am glad to speak a good word for Doan’s Backache Kidney Pills. This is one of the remedies which demands a good word. There is a great deal of stooping at my trade, and this causes my back to ache, or, may be, I am subject to cold in the kidneys. I notice that it is always worse when wet weather comes on. Well, Doan’s Backache Kidney Pills always keep me free of pain- I may take them now and again, just when 1 feel the pain coming on, and they never fail to ward it off. I obtained this remedy at Marshall’s Pharmacy, in Princes street. Success has brought up many imitations of Doan’s Pills, but none of them are "just as good ” as the remedy which helped Mr Scott. Doan’s Backache Kidney Pills are sold by all chemists and storekeepers, at 3s per box (six boxes 16s 6d), or will be posted on receipt of Ihe price by the proprietors, Fos-ter-M‘Clellr.u Company, 76 Pitt street, Sydney, N.S.W. But be sum they are Doan’s.—[Advt.]
. Mr C. Rank: “ Why do you persist in putting water in your milk, my good man?” Mr Chawklett: “Well, do you know of anything cheaper?” The best tea on market is Wardell's Matchless, at 2s per lb. You may pay more money, but cannot got better tea.—(Advt.J
