DELAY TO CARRIERS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—May I, through your columns, offer a suggestion to the railway authorities re the traffic to and from the B shed! Would it not be possible to leave tho gate at the north end of the shed open for the outlet of the traffic? What with the delay at tbo doors to get your load delivered, and the unnecessary waiting for the bars to be lifted—which sb often takes place—l think it would greatly benefit the carriers of Dunedin, and save a lot of time that is otherwise wasted.— l am, etc.. Carrier May 25.
