THE PROPRIETOR OF CAPILLA HAIR TONIC Being desirous of haring a public test made to prove the infallibility of his now famous Hair Restorer, known as CAPILLA Hair Tonie, is prepared to treat .any gentleman troubled with absolute baldness (it is immaterial of how long standing) Free of Charge for a period of twelve or sixteen weeks, and guarantees in that time to produce Bair long (by the aid of Capilla alone, used according to the direction supplied with every bottle) on the scalp affected by baldness. Failing which he is prepared to forfeit to the Wellington Hospital the sum of £25 sterling. The conditions to be: First, that a committee of six Wellington medical men or wellknown Wellington gentlemen be appointed to substantiate the fact of Capilla having done what .we claim for it.
