TO TH& t.DITOK. Sir,-—As * member of die Federation I most protest against the selection of a> “ticket” fof the City representation. I received too invitation to 00. present at the meeting, nor can I hear of any member who did. The meeting was evidently a hole-and-corner one, engineered by aJittlo coterie in the interests of a certain candidate. Until I have a fiir chance of tbrething the matter out I muet decline to be bound by any selection so arrived at.—l am, etc., Not Nobbles. September 26.
