SYDNEY, September 24. Tho State Budget was deliverer to-night by Treasurer Waddell. It shows the revenue for the .past financial year to have been £11,377,000, and the expenditure £11,374,000. The estimated revenue for the current financial year is £11,236,000, inclusive of £2,475,000, expected to be returned by tho Commonwealth. The expenditure is estimated at £11,147,000. The total Public Debt amounted to £75,991,000, with assets valued at £86,000,000. During the past year the drought caused a considerable increase ir expenditure and a decrease of revenue, whi' the edict of the drought and injury to tbi harvest prejudicially reflect on the accoun* of next year.
