(Received June 18, at 11.11 a.m.) A widespread plan of campaign exists in Ireland, including many of the people in Ulster, in support of Mr Russell's compulsory sale scheme. The tenants are asked to 2deposit in a war chest 25 per cent, of their respective valuations. The landlords are combining, and a stiff fight is expected.
