(Received February 15, at 2.53 p.m.) In connection with the meat contracts, Labonchere’s paper ‘Truth’ declares that Bergl’s Australian, interests are a myth. It asserts that he is simply the middleman to Houlder Bros, the Federal Steam Navigation Company, and the De Beers Consolidated Mines.
