GOLDEN RIVER GOLD DREDGING COMPANY.

TO THE EDITOR Sir,—l read with interest Mr Romeril's letter in your issue of Monday last re above company.' jir Roraeril has much cause for grievance, seeing he think? he gained a seat on the Board. When he called at tbe office next morning to chock the votes he found they had been destroyed, which is not satisfactory. I think the papers should be kept at least a month. I would like to know, too, why our late dredge-master, who did excellent work last year, was not reappointed.—l am, etc., Shareholder. February 14.
