TO TEE EDITOa. Sir,—Mr M'Glashan has stated thai tJ» Auckland Champion brand flour wiD yield 700 41b loaves per ton. I know all tb* brands of New Zealand flour, having dealt in them all, and I never heard it said among my customers that the above brand was superior to Dunedin floor. ] am constantly carrying Dunedin flour trf to the Aucklard c(tstrict, which is curious. But I write now to challenge Mr M'Glashan to a contest with Steven's flour in quality of bread and quantity of loaves; the baking to be done by any first-cla®! workman in a first-class bakehouse :u Dunedin; ar»l I will supply Steven's fioor.—t am, etc., Peteb.
