A Napier telegram says:—Dent, who has been selected as one of the North Island cricket team, is now in better form than ever. Playing against the country on >aturday lie captured seven wickets for 12 runs. It is unlikely that Trott will be able to piay in the North v. South Island match, owing to the limited time at his disposal for coaching purposes.
