Mails close at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations, as under:— Overland, North, daily, 10.20 a.m. Late letters, 10.45; also on the mail van up to 11 a.m. Books and newspapers, 10 a.m. Late-fee letters must bear, in addition to the ordinary postage. Id. MONDAY, FEBRUARY 10. For Australian States via Hobart, Ceylon, India, China, Straits Settlements, South Africa, Mauritius, Mediterranean Ports, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, etc., per south express, at 8 a.m. Duo in London 23rd March. Late letters south express 9.5 am. Money orders close at 1 p.m. and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the Bth. Parcels for the Australian States close at 3 p.m. on the Bth. Correspondence for the United Kingdom to bo specially addressed via Melbourne. E. Cook, Chief Postmaster.
