LONDON, February 5.
The House of Commons, by 213 votes to 177, negatived Mr William Jones's (Liberal member for Arfon Division of Carnarvon) resolution in favor of the disestablishment of the Church of Wales. Many Unionists ■were accidentally absent from the division.
