Stealing from a Dwclling.-Patrick Tyrrell was charged with on the 27th August steal, fflg from the dwelling of Margaret Porker a gold watek valued at £lo* and othtr ancles of jewellery, of tie total value of i-W.—Accused, who was arrested at Timara. was remanded until Saturdav. • Husband and Wife-Elizabeth Wilson applied for au order under the Married Womens Property Protection Act, 1880, against her husband, Robert Wilson, who did not appear: —Mr Hanlon, who appeared for the applicant, puid that the defendant was cruel aud unkind to his wife, who was now embarking on a business of her own, and wanted her property protected.—Evidence was given by the wife, after which the order was granted accordingly.
