CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
At the Supreme Court, Napier, yesterda.y_ the calendar showed nine charges against nine prisoner?. Harry Robinson, charged with breaking and entering, and Thomas Catrill, charged with forgery and uttering, pleaded guilty, and sentence was deferred. Andrew Ne'ilson. charged with assaulting and robbing an elderly man, and also assaulting the constable who arrested him, was found guiltv of robberv onlv. It was alleged that the prisoner, who had" been drinking with Perry, induced the latter tr; accompany him to look for lodgings, and vnik doing so he assaulted and robbed Terry, who complained to the police. Further showed that Neilson assaulted both Perry and Constable Creeks when the latter went to arrest him. Elizabeth bcnmidt, charged with manslaughter 1^0 " 1 Chi]<J 3t ™
