AUSTRALIAN WINES.
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 30. (Received August 31, at 10.4 a.m.) Sir James Blyth, in an article in the Chamber of Commerce journal on the vintages exhibited at the Paris Exhibition, says with proper attention to growth and treatment, wines a pproaching. the finer growths of Europe could be produced in Australia. South Africa and the Commonwealth, in the near future, would largely contribute to the world's supply of wines. New Zealand also might possibly contribute.
