A COREAN CONSPIRACY.
JAPAN ACTIVE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 30. The St. Petersburg ' Novoe Vremya' states that the Corean Ministers for Justice iind-the Interior have been banished for conspiracy. It was intended to dynamite the official quarters of the Russian Resident at Seoul, with the object of provoking the advent of foreign troops to protect the French Ministry. The plot failed owing to discord'between the conspiring Ministers.
Advices from Yokohama state that three officers of the Japanese headquarters staff are going to Seoul to investigate the matiter.
Tokio newspapers state that Japan- is adopting a strong policy, and that unusual activity prevails at the arsenals.
