THE TRAMWAYS LOAN
A DECISIVE MAJORITY. *" SMALL VOTING. The poll of the ratepayers for he authorisation of a loan of £200,000 for he purchase and improvement of the tramways was taken yesterday. The number of persons entitled to record t'leir votes was approximately 3,150. but "only a little more than, one-third of that number voted. The following is the result:
