EXPRESS DELIVERY AND SPECIAL MESSENGER SERVICES Have been established. The express deliver}' covers letters and parcels not exceeding 31b in weight, for which an extra fee of 6d has been paid, and delivery will be made on receipt at this and the following offices:—Ashbnrton, Auckland, Blenheim, Bluff, Christchurch. Feildihg. Gisborne, Gore, Greymouth, Hawera, Hokitika, Invercargill, LyV telton, Masterton, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Oamaru, Onehunga, Palmerston North, Port Chalmers, Thames, Timaru, Wanganui Wellin.g'fcon, Westport. The special messenger service means placing a messenger at the disposal of any telephone exchange subscriber on request being made, ancTa fee of 6d for the first mile and 3d each additional mile up to two miles, or time payment, being made.
