SOCIAL TO RETURNING TROOPS.
TO THH EDITOR. Sir,— ln your last evening’* issue I notice that the tickets for the above social are in great demand. As this will be practically the best opportunity for country friend* of the trooper* to exchange courtesies with the returned warriors, I hope th&t the Committee will see their way clear to reserve a few tickets until the morning of the event so that, those coming in from a distance may be enabled to take/part in what should be a brilliant gathering—l am, etc,, An Intending Visitor. January IS.
