ANOTHER MILLIONAIRE MARRIAGE.
Preu Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, January IS. (Received January 19, at 8.55 a*m.) One of the daughters >of Rockfeller, the American Standard oil millionaire, was today married to Mr Prentice, a barrister in Chicago. Mr Rockfeller endows the bride with ten million pounds. In the flood of anecdotes which the betrothal of Queen Wilhelmina has lot loose there is one that shows that the youthful Sovereign’s aversion Co Great Britain does not date from the beginning of the Transvaal War. It is said that when but a little maiden she was one day undergoing a geography lesson, and her governess asked her to draw a map of Northern Europe. Holland naturally loomed large in the chart, while the British Isles, a mere dot, were skied somewhere in the Arctic region. The governess insisted on a readjustment of the Powers. Reluctantly her pupil brought the hated country into a more temperate zone. “ But I simply won't make it any larger,” she said.
