Factories Act, 1891, EXPIRES on TUESDAY, the 31st mst. Failing payment as aforesaid, proceedings for recovery of same will be taken without further notice. Proceedings will also be taken without furflier notice against any Person found occupying an Unregistered Factory or Work Room after the aforesaid date. All Shopkeepers and Coal Merchants who are desirous of CLOSING on SATURDAYS during the current year are also reminded that wntten notice to that effect (vide Section 10, Shops and Shop Assistants Act, 1894) must at once be lodged with me, otherwise the aforesaid Shopkeepers and Coal Merchants will have to observe the day fixed by the local authorities.
