J The Escape of n Murderer.—A man in Yorkshire was recently arrested for the murder of his employer, but after being in the hands of the police for nearly a week, awaiting his trial, be actually succeeded in making his escape. He Ims not yet been recaptured. How he succeeded in getting away no one can imagine. The police consider the escape to be almost miraculous. But still more wonderful is tho escape from death of a man whose health was ruined, and who found himself almost within the very grip of dekth.
