The 'Ago,' in a strong leader against the non-acceptance of the Cape cable offer, says that Victoria has no future use for a Po3tmaster-General whose mismanagement in not accepting reduced rates involves a loss of £B,OOO monthly If the Cabinet does not see the impropriety of tacitly approving such maladministration it is the business of the representatives of the people to take steps to make Ministers pay attention to the interests of the community, or suffer the consequences.
