The writ Crown Prosecutor v. Captain Jones, of tho Bteamer l)uohess, baß been served. The Crown Prosecutor claims that Jones held only the position of captain of a river steamer prior to obtaining his seagoing certificate by fraudulent means. The plaintiff claims that the certificate snail be {declared void and delivered up or be canexiled, and that defendant, pendicg the final order, be restrained from making use of the certificate, and be ordered to pay all costs.
