Mr Kenny, S.M'., delivered bis reserved judgment at Wellington yesterday in the civil action of N. Lieber v. J. B. Morris, of Dunedin, a claim for £l9 13s 6d, balance of account for photographic mounts. The weight of evidence was in favor of plaintiff, and the magistrate considered that it proved that the disputed goods substantially complied with the terms of the order. Judgment was for plaintiff for the full amount, with £4 costs. In three years the expense of running an Atlantic steamer exceeds the cost of construction,
