NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Commercial Property and Finance Company, Limited, will be held in tho Choral Hall (Lower Room), Moray place, Dunedin, on FRIDAY, the 18th day of November, 1893, at 8 o’clock in the evening, or so soon afterwards as the Ordinary General Meeting, called for the same day and p’ace at 7.30 o’clock in the evening, shall be concluded, for the following purposes, namely : 1, To consider, and if thought fit, to approve, with or without modifications of the draft, new regulations, which will be submitted to the meeting. And In the event of the approval thereof with or without modifications 2. To consider, and if thought fit, to pass a resolution to the effect “ that the new Regulations, already approved by this meeting, and for the purposes of identification subscribed by the Chairman thereof, be, and they are hereby adopted as, the Regulations of the Company, to the exclusion of all the existing Regulations thereof.” Should the last-mentioned resolution be passed by the required majority, it will be submitted for confirmation as a special resolution to a Second Extraordinary Meeting, which will be subsequently convened.
