L’AFFAIRE DREYFUS.
Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. PARIS, November 16. Dreyfus is reported to bo in good health. The Court of Cassation have decided to send a commission to Cayenne to interrogate J )reyfua, and have requested tho Government to cable to Dreyfus informing him ofi tho progress of tho steps taken for a revision of his case, and to ask him to present his defence, Madame Dreyfus is overwhelmed with joy at tho latest developments. Tho Court of Cassation will communicate to her counsel the depositions of the various Ministers of War in tho case, as well as tho secret dossier, if not destroyed. Premier Dupuy refused to interfere with the Court’s decision to cable to the Governor of Cayenne.
