Postmortem evidences uppn.the body of the late A. Mitchell showed conclusively that it was by kicks from the horse, and not seizure by oramp, that the death by drowning was caused. The blows—one on the face and another on the back of the head—must have rendered the ntan sense-* less.— ‘ Wyndham Farmer.’
