TERRIBLE PRIVATIONS. FIVE DRIVEN INSANE. [Pes Pbesß Asscccation.—Copyright.] LONDON, October 18. The steam whaler British Columbia rescued fourteen whalers in the Arctic Ocean. They had been eleven days on an ice block tweuty feet square. They were badly frozen, and their terrible sufferings, had driven five of them insane.
