MORNINGTON ELECTIONS.
TO THE EDITOR. _ Sir,—Now that the candidates for First Ward have expressed their views on gas water and sanitation, could not the candidates for Third Ward give the ratepayers some idea of their views on the same subjects ? It s time, sir, that a thorough change was made m the management of the Council and ratepayers should see that capable men are elected and pledged to inaugurate and carry out a gas, water, and modern sanitary scheme. Trusting the candidates for Third Ward will take the ratepayers into their confidence and speak out—l am, etc., , T • , Ratepayer Third Ward. Mornmgton, September 4.
