BANQUETING PREMIER TURNER.

MELBOURNE, August 25. A complimentary banquet has been tendered to Sir George Turner. The members of both Houses and the Speakers eulogised the Premier's work in England. Sir G. Turner said that Mr Chamberlain's sympathies were unquestionably with the colonies. He was determined to exert himself to the utmost for their future welfare.
