The amount of revenue collected at the Customhouse on goods cleared for consumption to-dav was £1,049 6s Id. Greymouth last week exported 4 401 tons, while Westport shipped 6,844 tons. MINING NOTES. The Clyde Dredging Company washed up on Saturday for 9Coz, making 28Soz, value £1,10316s for the week; Dunedin dredge, 320z for five days, GRAIN AND PRODUCE MARKETS. Wheat.—Sales are difficult to effect although prices are nominally unchanged. Potatoes.—The market is fully supplied and values slightly easier. We quote: Best Northern Derwents. £2 12s 6d to £2 15s; best Southern Derwents, £2los to £2l2s 6d per ton (sacks in). Chaff.—Despite the wet weather a fair quantity was on offer to-day, and prices were lower than might have been expected. Best oaten sheaf sold at £3 7s 6d ;o £3los; medium to good, £3 to £3 5s par ton (bags extra).
