’ CONSTANTINOPLE, August 20. The Imperial Ottoman Bank, Constantinople, is willing to supply Greece with the first million of the indemnity loan. ' ATHENS, August 19. It is .reported that the Greek Government have obtained a million loan in Paris for the purpose of paying off the first portion of the Turkish war indemnity, and the money will be available in forty days. A severe epidemic is raging amongst the Greek refugees in Thessaly, and the funds for their relief are exhausted. Their .sufferings are described as terrible.
