IN THE MATTER OF “THE TRAM WATS \ ACT, 1894.” IN PURSUANCE of the provisions of “ The Tramways Act, 1894,” Notice is Hereby Given 'that the following application for 'A’ license to lay down, construct, and maintain a private tramway in terms of the above Act has been received by the City Council of Dunedin, viz.:— ADOLPH MORIPZSON and FREDERICK JOHN HOFKIN, Merchants, Jetty street:—From the Main Southern Trunk Line ot Railway across Cumberland street to Sections 7 and 8, Block LIX., Town of Dunedin, thence across the Otago Harbor Board’s private street known as Vogel street to Sections 9, 10, 23, and 24, Block LIX., Town of Dunedin.
