A MARINE INQUIRY.
[Per Pbxss Association.—Copvnianr.] BRISBANE, Jonb 16. The Marine Board found that the steamer Duke of Devonshire struck on an uncharted rock on Thursday Island. The weather and sea were rough at the time, and the vessel failed to answer the helm properly. The pilot was absolved from all blame.
