TURKEYS CLAIM TO THESSALY. FOREIGN EMBASSIES INCENSED. (Per Press Association.—Copyright. J LONDON, June 15. The Vienna correspondent of 'The Times'states that the Porte is disposed to accept rectification of the frontier of Thessaly instead of insisting-on its claim to the entire territory. The foreign embassies are incensed at the Sultan appealing to Russia and Germany to assist him in retaining Thessaly. They consider that it will interfere with peace negotiations.
