Duthie, the energetic secretary, had: up to 3 p.m. to-day received over 700 entries, and they are still coming in, as the lists dp not close until to-night. The number of Stands for agricultural and dairying exhibits not included in the above figures is also very large, reaching a total of seventy-nine, as against thirty-six last year. The Committee have been at their wits' end to find room for the applicants, and the wise rule has been adopted of making room for as mantf, exhibitors as possible instead of giving a few all ,the space they wanted. The show is already certain to be a huge success.
