WELLINGTON. June 4. Mrs Neill has sent a further report to Dr MacGregori in which she states that the reply of the Benevolent Trustees is plausible and misleading, but she does nob feel called on to go into further particulars at present. She personally visited 158 cases, and con-, tends that her criticisms were for the public benefit, and not actuated by any spirit of antagonism to the Trustees.
