DOMAIN BOARD.

The last meeting of the Ocean Beach Domain Board was attended by Messrs H. JS. Fish (mayor), C. Fisher, J. H. Hancock, And N. Y. A. Wales.

The Board considered and passed by-laws regulating the use of the St. Clair baths, to -come into effect on the Ist November next. The present caretaker is continued in office for one year. He has also been appointed ranger of the entire domain, and been instructed to keep a sharp lookout for all persons found destroying any of the Board’s property, pulling up grass, or injuring the fences, and to bring offenders to justice. Certain alterations and improvements at the baths which are strictly necessary are to be proceeded with as soon aa possible. The marram grass already planted was reported to be doing well, except where it had been wantonly destroyed or interfered with.

The Board expressed their determination to prevent the unauthorised removal of sand from any part of the domain.
