Thomas Simon v. Thomas C. Williams.— Claim, 12s 6d, for boots supplied.—Judgment for the amount claimed by default, with costs
Daniel Douglas Macdonald (for whom Mr Sim appeared) v. Adam I’alorson (Owaka). —Claim, £2 Ids 9d, for services rendered.— 'After evidence judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs (£2 9s). John Blaikie v. Scoullar and Chisholm, Claim, £3O Ids, timber supplied. Mr Solomon for plaintiff, and Mr Sim for defendant.—This case was partly heard and then adjourned till Monday.
