Jean Luie, the ex-convict, has sworn an affidavit containing amplification of the confession he made in December, in which he declared emphatically that the inmate of the Parramatta Lunatic Asylum is Tichborne. He also states that Orton told him that ho was a mate of Tichborne's for years in Australia, and from him obtained a history of the Tichborne family. _
