On the application of Mr Haselden, who appealed for the Canterbury Law Society, the-Court made .an order striking Leonard Harper off the rolls of barristers and solicitors. The application was made on some affidavits on which two other members of the firm of Harper and Co. had been struck off the rolls a year ago. Leonard Harper had not then been served, but sir vice having siuce been effected, application was now made against him. There was no appearance on his behalf. The Court also made an order against him for the payment to the Law Society of £lO 10s costs and the expenses of serving him with the rule nisi. All the cases arc now heard, and the Courtsits for the purpose of delivering judgment to-morrow afternoon.
