FRANCE AND SIAM.
[Pkk Press Association.]
BANGKOK, June 10.
The Siamese Government have refused to bring into court the mandarin Phrayot, who has already been tried and acquitted of the assassination of the French officers which brought about the dispute between France and Siani; They allege they are afraid the French will seize and place him on board a gunboat. A deadlock has consequently occurred. The French warships at Saigon have been ordered to Bangkok to support the demand for the surrender of Phrayot.
