A MONSTER.
[Pbr Press Association.] MELBOURNE, Octobee 31. (Received October 31,1898, at 10.30 a.m.) A man named Fletcher, residing at Gobden, murdered his four-year-old child because it would not stop crying. He broke its nock and both its legs. Fletcher has been arrested.
